地方高校冰雪产业人才培养的问题与优化策略

Problems and Optimization Strategies of Talent Training in Ice and Snow Industry in Local Colleges and Universities

目前,地方高校冰雪产业人才培养无法满足社会及用人单位的需求。吉林省丰富的冰雪资源以及众多的高校及科研院所为解决冰雪产业人才不足提供了重要的基础。为走出相关人才培养困境,以地方高校为依托,从各行各业对冰雪人才的需求出发制定相应的培养方案,既有利于助推经济、社会的发展,也能为地方高校的冰雪产业人才提供更加合理的发展空间。

At present,the talent training in ice and snow industry in local colleges and universities cannot meet the needs of the society and employers.Jilin Province’s rich ice and snow resources,numerous colleges and universities and scientific research institutes provide an important foundation to solve the problem of ice and snow talent shortage.In order to get out of the relevant dilemmas of talent training,this paper relies on local colleges and universities,and makes corresponding training programs from the needs of all walks of life for ice and snow talents,which not only is conducive to promoting the economic and social development,but also can provide more reasonable development space for ice and snow industry talents in local colleges and universities.
