摘要
正念是一种有意识的对当下觉察,同时这种觉察是不评判的、接纳的,对此时此刻的各种经验抱有开放的态度。以公安高职院校15名教师为参与者,采用行动研究的方法,开展了为期8周、每次80分钟的“每日正念”训练营活动。实践研究证明,正念训练有利于促进公安院校教师内心平静,提升工作幸福感,提高反思能力,维护身心健康。
Mindfulness is a conscious perception of the present moment that is non-judgemental,receptive,and open to various experiences in the here and now.This research takes 15 teachers from higher vocational colleges of public security as participants,adopts the method of action research,and carries out the training camp activity of“Daily Mindfulness”for 8 weeks with 80 minutes each time.This practical research has proved that mindfulness training is beneficial for teachers in public security colleges to promote their inner peace,enhance their sense of well-being in working,improve their introspection ability,and maintain their physical and mental health.
