创新领军工程博士培养质量保障体系的探索与实践——以清华大学计算机科学与技术系为例

Exploration and Practice of the Quality Assurance System for the Cultivation of Innovative and Leading Engineering Doctors

清华大学计算机科学与技术系在工程博士培养与管理方法上不断探索,在招生环节严格把控选拔标准;在培养过程中注重个性化,增设“调研报告与选题设想”环节;在论文撰写阶段,配合导师对学生的研究内容进行合理引导,注重学科交叉,工程科研相融合;论文评审增加系级论文预查环节,规范论文标准,保障论文写作质量;学位审批阶段进行论文抽检,确保论文从形式到内容均达到培养目标的要求。逐步形成了一套行之有效的质量保障体系,为高质量的工程博士培养奠定了良好的基础。

The Department of Computer Science of Tsinghua University has been constantly exploring the cultivation and management methods of engineering doctor,the concrete measures are as follows:strictly controlling the selection criteria of engineering doctors in the recruitment process;paying attention to individuality in the cultivation process,and adding the parts of“research report and hypothesis of the topic selection”;cooperating with supervisors to guide students’research contents reasonably in the stage of thesis writing,paying attention to interdisciplinary and the integration of engineering and scientific research;adding the pre-check part of the departmental theses to normalize the standard of theses and guarantee the quality of thesis writing;conducting the sampling inspection during the stage of examination and approval to ensure that the paper meets the requirements of training objectives from form to content.Thus,a set of effective quality assurance system is formed,which lays a good foundation for high-quality engineering doctor training.
