强化应用型高校教师队伍“一德三能”建设路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of “One Virtue,Three Abilities” to Strengthen the Faculty of Application-oriented Colleges and Universities

应用型高校要以教育教学质量改革为契机,加强教师“一德三能”的体制机制建设,宣传普及建设的重要意义。从应用型院校教师“一德三能”建设现状出发,多维度分析其建设的具体路径,从深化培养机制、开展主题活动、加强实践实训、提升教学和专业及科研能力等方面,运用各种形式探索建设的力度、深度和可操作度,弥补目前建设中的不足之处,以实现高校的可持续发展。

Application-oriented colleges and universities should take the reform of education and teaching quality as an opportunity to strengthen the system and mechanism construction of teachers’“one virtue and three abilities”,publicize the importance of popularization construction,and lay the foundation for the establishment of teachers’“one virtue and three abilities”construction system.Starting from the current situation of the construction of“one virtue and three abilities”in the teaching staff of application-oriented colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the specific path of the construction of“one virtue and three abilities”from multiple dimensions,including deepening the training mechanism,carrying out the thematic activities,strengthening the practice and training,improving teaching,professional and scientific research ability,so as to make up for the deficiencies in the current construction and realize the sustainable development of colleges and universities.
