摘要
工科院校大学生“慢就业”已成为公众广泛关注的社会现象。其原因主要有高校专业设置与适配就业岗位之间的供需矛盾、毕业生就业选择与现实就业状况之间的错位、大学生就业能力与用人单位岗位需求之间的偏差、毕业生职业定位与家庭引导及同伴压力之间的影响。因此,工科院校应将思想政治教育与就业指导教育深度融合,多措并举创新就业工作机制,促进毕业生高质量就业,切实增进千家万户民生福祉。
The“delayed employment”of engineering college students has become a social phenomenon widely concerned by the public.The main reasons are as follows:the contradiction between supply and demand between college specialty setting and suitable employment positions,the dislocation between graduates’employment choice and actual employment situation,the deviation between college students’employability and employers’post demand,and the influence of family guidance and peer pressure on graduates’career orientation.Therefore,engineering colleges should deeply integrate ideological and political education with employment guidance education,taking multiple measures to innovate employment work mechanism,promote high-quality employment of graduates,and effectively improve the well-being of thousands of families.
