摘要
职业生涯教育已成为我国中小学教育发展的实然需求,但目前还没有形成一套完整、系统的制度体系。从日本职业生涯教育的历史发展、制度体系建构、学校推进现状、政府行政支持等方面入手,分析其理论与实践可知,有效法律保障、体制不断完善、“四位一体”的实施框架模式以及有效资金投入等做法,是我国完善中小学职业生涯教育的借鉴。
Vocational career education has become a real demand for the development of primary and secondary education in China,however,currently a complete and systematic system has not been formed yet.This paper will focus on the career education in Japan from its historical development,system construction,the status quo of the promotion by schools and the administrative support from the government.Analysis of the theory and practice of Japanese career education shows that the following factors are very important,namely effective legal guarantee,continuous improvement of the system,the quaternity framework and efficient capital investment,which can provide reference for improving the vocational education in primary and secondary schools in China.
