摘要 “双一流”建设是我国新时期高等教育发展的重大战略决策,推动了高校内涵式发展,也利于地方高校抓住机遇,提升核心竞争力,服务地方经济发展。地方高校内涵式发展面临高校帕金森定律、校园文化单薄、教学资源不均衡、学校发展模式落后、教学质量低等诸多困境。高校应重视校园文化建设、深化体制机制改革、“去行政化”,加强特色学科、教师队伍建设,实现“双一流”背景下地方高校内涵式发展。 The construction of“Double First-class”is an important strategic decision of China’s higher education in the new era,which promotes the connotative development of higher education.It is also conducive to local colleges and universities to seize opportunities,enhance their core competitiveness and serve local economic development.At present,the connotative development of local colleges and universities faces many difficulties such as Parkinson’s law,weak campus culture,imbalanced teaching resources,backward school development model and low teaching quality.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the construction of campus culture,deepen the reform of system and mechanism,implement“de-administration”,strengthen the construction of characteristic disciplines and teachers team,and thus realize the connotative development of local colleges and universities under the background of“Double First-class”.
