青少年家庭亲密度和适应性与手机依赖的关系——以广东省惠州市中职校学生为例

The Relationship between the Teenagers’ Family Intimacy and Adaptability and Mobile Phone Dependence:Taking Secondary Vocational School Students in Huizhou as an Example

探讨青少年家庭亲密度和适应性与手机依赖的关系,目的是为预防其手机依赖的发生和干预提供理论依据。采用家庭亲密度和适应性量表与手机成瘾指数量表,对惠州市中职校1615名学生进行抽样调查,手机依赖检出率为13.2%,其中男生为11.4%,女生为14.3%。女生手机依赖程度显著高于男生(t=-5.07,P<0.001),手机依赖与家庭亲密度和适应性呈负相关(r=-0.74,P<0.01),手机依赖和家庭亲密度与适应性一元回归系数有统计学意义(β=-0.074,P<0.01)。青少年在手机依赖上性别差异显著,家庭亲密度和适应性对其手机依赖有预测作用。

To explore the relationship between family intimacy and adaptability and teenagers’ mobile phone dependence might provide a theoretical basis for preventing the occurrence and intervention of teenagers’ mobile phone dependence. Using the Family Intimacy and Adaptability Scale and the Mobile Phone Addiction Index Scale, a sample survey of 1615 adolescents in Huizhou City was conducted. It is found that the detection rate of mobile phone dependence among adolescents was 13.2%, among which the detectable rate of boys’ mobile phone dependence was 11.4%, the detectable rate of girls’ mobile phone dependence was 14.3%. The latter was significantly higher than that of the former. The mobile phone dependence is negatively correlated with family intimacy and adaptability. The unary regression coefficients of mobile phone dependence, family intimacy and adaptability were statistically significant. In conclusion, there is a significant gender difference in teenagers’ mobile phone dependence, family intimacy and adaptability have predictive effects on teenagers’ mobile phone dependence.
