摘要
随着国家和社会对高等教育人才培养提出更高的要求与期许,本科生导师制成为高等院校提升教学质量、促进教育发展的创新模式,并得到不断发展和完善。本科生导师制在国内已形成"全程本科生导师制""低年级本科生导师制""高年级本科生导师制""精英本科生导师制"四种实践类型。面对实践过程中出现的各类问题,加强正向激励与负向监督的制度性建设,是完善和优化本科生导师制的重要路径。
With the higher requirements and expectations of higher education personnel training from the society, the undergraduate tutorial system has become an innovative mode for colleges and universities to improve teaching quality and promote educational development, and has been continuously developed and improved. The undergraduate tutorial system has formed four typical practice types, including the whole process model, junior grade undergraduate model, senior undergraduate model and the elite model. Facing all kinds of problems in practice, strengthening the system construction of positive incentive and negative supervision is an important way to perfect and optimize the undergraduate tutorial system.
