摘要 当前高校"三全育人"面临着"人人"合力尚未凝聚、"时时"节点尚未覆盖、"处处"格局尚未形成的现实困境。要通过整合育人资源、强化思政教育、优化育人格局来建成全员育人平台、提升全过程育人实效、实现全方位育人目标,形成以立德树人为根本、以整合式育人资源为基础、以系统性综合改革为抓手的大思政工作格局,以保证"三全育人"系统教育理念的落实和长效机制的建立。 There are some realistic difficulties in the"three complete education"which embedded in lack of cohesion,lack of process and lack of all-round education.Colleges and universities should build a full-staff education platform,improve the effectiveness of the whole-process education,and achieve the goal of all-round education by integrating education resources,strengthening ideological and political education and optimizing the pattern of education.Only in this way can the ideological and political work pattern be established,basing on cultivating people by virtue,integrating education resources,and starting with systematic and comprehensive reform,in order to ensure the implementation of systematic education concept and the establishment of long-term mechanism.
