基于自我经验嬗变规律的中小学课题研究——关于“自我经验嬗变研究法”的初步探索

摘要 "自我经验嬗变研究法"就是将自主生长式教师专业发展理论用于科研课题而形成的研究路径。其特点为:将教师的自我经验列为课题研究内容;依据自我经验的嬗变过程来组织课题研究活动;切实发挥课题组的作用;研究成果指向教师发展。其实施的基本步骤是:每位参与者以觉察与体验发现与积累事例经验;各子课题多角度提炼、整合成类经验;课题负责人不断推敲,生成课题所指向的"研究目标";反复应用推广课题研究成果,生发教育实践智慧。 "Self-experience transmutation research method"is a research paradigm formed by the application of independent growth theory of teachers’professional development in scientific research.Its characteristics are as follows:Listing the teacher’s self-experience as the research content;organizing research activities according to the evolution of self-experience transmutation;giving full play to the role of the research group as a research community;pointing the research results to the teacher development.The basic steps of implementation are as follows:Each participant actively perceiving,experiencing,discovering and accumulating case experience;various sub topic being refined and integrated into class experience from multiple perspectives;the project leader repeatedly condensing and generating the"research objectives"pointed to by the project;repeatedly applying and promoting the research results of the project to generate the wisdom of educational practice.
