对大学生中“边缘群体”教育引导的路径探究

摘要 大学生中的"边缘群体"是当前高校客观存在且不容忽视的非主流群体。加强对这部分学生的教育引导,有助于促进其健康发展,构建和谐友善校园,维护社会安定和谐。大学生中"边缘群体"的形成有学生缺乏自律、家庭教育不当、社会不良风气等方面的原因,但学校关怀的缺失也难辞其咎。高校应从加强心理健康教育、创建良好校园文化氛围、构建预警管理机制、建立家校互动沟通机制等方面着手,积极探索开展教育引导工作的有效路径。 The"marginal group"among college students is a non-mainstream group which exists objectively and can’t be ignored and in colleges and universities. Strengthening the education and guidance of these students is helpful to promote their healthy development, build a harmonious and friendly campus, and maintain social stability and harmony. This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of"marginal groups"among college students, including students’ lack of self-discipline, improper family education, unhealthy social atmosphere and so on. The lack of college care for the students is also the reason for the formation of this group. In view of the above situation, colleges and universities should strengthen mental health education, create a good campus cultural atmosphere, build early warning management mechanism, establish home-school interaction and communication mechanism, and actively explore the effective path of education and guidance.
