The Practical Exploration on the Growth of Outstanding Principals

杰出校长是名优校长队伍中的佼佼者,是区域内学校发展的引领者和推动者。随着名优校长队伍的壮大,研究杰出校长的成长要素,探索培养需遵循的原则及成长培养模式成为当务之急。从政府、教育行政部门和个人三个维度分析杰出校长成长的要素,基于笔者多年的培训实践提出了杰出校长的培养模式,以期为高层次名优校长的培养提供借鉴。

Outstanding principals are the strong performers among the excellent presidents, who lead and promote the development of local schools. It is imperative to explore the essential factors for the growth of an outstanding principal, the cultivating principle and the training mode with the expansion of the number of famous and excellent principals. This paper analyzes the factors of the growth of outstanding principals from three dimensions, namely the government, the educational administrative department and the individual, and then expounds the training mode based on the training practice of the author in order to provide reference for the training of high-level famous principals.
