教育公平视角下被忽视幼儿的心理诉求及支持策略

摘要 近年来,学术界对宏观层次的教育公平问题有了全方位的深入研究,而教育公平的微观领域仍有待科学探讨。对于被忽略幼儿心理诉求的关注与分析,正是对幼儿教育公平的微观领域所做的进一步充实与拓展。基于教育公平的视角,从幼儿自身、教师、家庭等方面探究被忽视幼儿的在园生存状态,并剖析其潜在的教育态度、教育机会、教育评价等方面的心理诉求,提出可行的支持策略,填补微观层面幼儿教育公平的缺失。 The academic world has done an in-depth extensive research on the educational equality at the macro level while little research has been done at the micro level.The concern for the psychological needs of the neglected infants and the analysis of them have promoted the very development of the educational equality for infants at the micro level.From the perspective of educational equality,by analyzing the actual situation of the neglected infants in kindergarten and their psychological needs for teachers’attitude,educational opportunities,the evaluation of education,some viable strategies have been worked out to fill the gap left by the educational equality for infants at the micro level.
