高职教育人才培养质量的提升主要取决于师资队伍,提升高职教师专业实践教学能力是促进高水平师资队伍建设的重要前提。在"嵌入式"校企合作的背景下,营造良性、稳定、可持续的校企互动环境,有助于提高专业教师实践教学能力,使其具备丰富的实践知识、高超的实践技能水平和实践教学设计能力,以提高高职学生外贸实践能力,培养高素质技术型人才,更有利于推进职业教育的可持续发展。

The quality improvement of the personnel training for higher vocational education depends on the teaching staff.Developing the teachers’abilities to teach the vocational courses is the premise of the build-up of ranks of highly qualified teachers.Against the background of the embedded college-enterprise cooperation,the creation of the favorable and stable environment,in which the college and enterprise can interact with each other,helps to develop teachers’ability to teach the vocational courses.The creation of the favorable and stable environment also enables the teachers to acquire practical knowledge,pick up superb practical skills and develop the ability to design practical teaching.Thus teachers can develop the students’abilities to do international trade,train the high-quality technical personnel,which is beneficial to the promotion of the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
