An Analysis of the Central Problems Existing in the College-level Teaching Supervision of Higher Education

高校院级教学管理工作是教学工作的重要组成部分和关键环节,是实现高校教育目标的基本保证。目前,高校院级教学管理主要存在理念滞后、队伍建设不扎实、制度不完善等诸多问题,需要相应的策略予以解决,以提升高校教学管理工作的成效。

College-level teaching supervision is an important part and vital link of the teaching program in universities.And it has also provided the reliable guarantee for the accomplishment of the educational objectives of higher education.However,there are some problems existing in the college-level teaching supervision such as conservative management philosophy,unsteady build-up of the management team and imperfect administrative system.Thus the strategies towards these problems must be explored to improve the effectiveness of teaching supervision in universities.
