传统村落保护与活化模式选择——以江西省金溪县四个传统村落为例

Choice of Protection and Activation Mode of Traditional Village:A Case Study of Four Traditional Villages in Jinxi County, Jiangxi Province

随着我国快速城镇化和新农村建设的发展,传统村落面临逐渐消亡的境地,传统村落的保护与可持续发展已引起了社会各界的广泛关注。目前,在传统村落保护与活化利用方面存在着保护主体单一化、主体保护意识薄弱、保护与活化模式转型难等问题。传统村落作为历史文化遗存是全社会的共同财富,不能仅仅依靠政府作为单一主体进行保护,而是需要社会各界多元主体的参与,借助各方力量对其进行保护与活化,只有充分发挥政府、开发公司、文化专家、乡贤和普通村民等多元保护主体的作用,才能使传统村落得到可持续性的留存与发展。

With the rapid urbanization and the development of new rural construction in China,our traditional villages are facing the gradual demise of the situation.At present,the protection and sustainable development of traditional villages have aroused wide concern from all walks of life,but there are still many shortcomings,such as the single nature of protection subject,weak sense of subject protection,protection and activation mode transformation difficult.As a historical and cultural heritage,traditional villages are the common wealth of the whole society,which can not only be protected by the government as a single subject,but also need the participation of multiple subjects from all walks of life,with the help of various forces to protect and activate them.Only by giving full play to the role of multiple protection subjects such as government,enterprises,cultural experts,rural sages and ordinary villagers,can traditional villages be preserved and developed sustainably.
