一切过往,皆为序章。2021年在中国茶人的努力和拼搏中,有感动,也有温暖。在福建武夷山市星村镇燕子窠生态茶园,习近平总书记强调,把茶文化、茶产业、茶科技统筹起来。“三茶统筹”发展,茶产业迎来新时代。本期特别报道我们聚焦“新茶局”,从“利用龙井夏秋鲜叶以白茶加工工艺开发龙井白茶新品类”的项目中,探索杭州发展“一绿一红一白”茶名片的“新可能”;从贵州茶业第一县湄潭的产业布局中,观察“火车头”如何做到“新领引”;从一个文化空间的打造实践中,思考茶空间经营的“新方向”。
In this issue we present"New Tea Strategy"as our monthly focus.This new approach aims to maximize tea output and produce a new white tea variety by processing tealeaves harvested in summer and fall with a white tea processing technology.This strategy explores the possibility of producing green tea,black tea and white tea in Hangzhou.In Special Coverage,we also examine how the tea indust r y plays a leading and pioneering role in the industrialization of Me itan,the bi g gest tea pro duc t ion count y in Southwester n China’s Guizhou Prov ince.In this coverage,we also consider how to steer tea business in a commercial situation where culture is emphasized.
