线性低密度聚乙烯滚塑浮标应用技术研究

摘要 根据行业需求和我国海域实际情况,本项目利用国际先进的滚塑生产技术,以线性低密度聚乙烯为原材料,应用于浮标的浮体、显形模块、顶标等部位,并经过结构设计,使新型浮标达到坚固耐用、结构合理、低维护率的良好效果。此外,这种新型浮标还具有设计寿命长(达15年)、色彩标识清晰、清洁维护便捷、环保无污染、抗撞击性强等优点。在维护管理中,极大地减少了传统钢质浮标使用数量和喷砂除锈污染,增强了环保性,且从全生命周期上与传统钢质浮标相比具有显著的经济性,预计15年可以收回全部投资。 According to the needs of the industry and the actual situation of the sea area in our country,this project uses the international advanced rotomolding production technology and linear low-density polyethylene as the raw material,which is applied to the floating body,display module,top mark and other parts of the buoy.The new type of buoy achieves the good effects of firmness and durability,reasonable structure and low maintenance rate.In addition,this new type of buoy also has the characteristics of long design life(up to 15 years),clear color identification,convenient cleaning and maintenance,environmental protection and no pollution,and good impact resistance.In maintenance management,the number of traditional steel buoys used and the pollution caused by sandblasting and rust removal are greatly reduced,and environmental protection is enhanced.Compared with the tranditional steel buoy,it has significant economy in the whole life cycle,which is expected to recover all the investment in 15 years.
