摘要
沥青路面的使用不仅要考虑高低温性能、水稳定性和疲劳性能,还要考虑实际应用的一些特殊要求。该项目研发的“MPE”是一种“直投式”颗粒状的沥青混合料改性剂,主要由回收塑料制成,无需工厂改性,直接在沥青混合料拌和时添加即可完成对沥青及其混合料的改性,提高和改善普通沥青混合料的性能。在项目研究中,基于MPE的应用提出了粒径、密度、熔点、熔融指数、吸水率、聚合物含量、改性沥青软化点等技术控制指标,提出了MPE合理地应用掺量及其确定方法、MPE沥青混合料的配合比设计方法及其性能验证方法,明确了MPE在沥青混合料拌和中的添加、最佳拌和,MPE沥青混合料运输、摊铺及碾压等工艺,保证MPE在实际应用中具有良好的性能。
The use of asphalt pavement should not only consider high and low temperature performance,water stability and fatigue performance,but also consider some special requirements for practical applications.The"MPE"developed in this project is a"direct-cast"granular modifier for asphalt mixtures.It is mainly made of recycled plastics.It does not require factory modification.It can be added directly when the asphalt mixture is mixed.Modification of its mixture to improve and improve the performance of ordinary asphalt mixture.In the project research,based on the application of MPE,technical control indicators such as particle size,density,melting point,melt index,water absorption,polymer content,and softening point of modified asphalt are proposed,and the reasonable application dosage of MPE and its determination method,mix ratio design method of MPE asphalt mixture and its performance verification method are proposed.The addition process,optimal mixing process,MPE asphalt mixture transportation,paving and rolling process of MPE in the asphalt mixing building are clarified to ensure that MPE has good performance in practical applications.
