抗水性自修复新型筑路材料研究及应用

摘要 该项目是江苏路业新材料有限公司柔性高强度路基增强材料自主研发成果,在固体废弃物(重点为废弃土壤)中加入柔性聚合物固化剂,替代传统石灰与水泥,实现公路基层铺设。在满足基层技术标准的前提下,大幅提升材料的机械强度与柔韧性,提高路基的抗损坏性能,并可大幅降低行车噪音。研究验证,聚合物微管技术可实现固化土壤自修复功能,将高效土壤黏合剂通过原位制备方式引入,密封于聚合物微管或微胶囊内,在服役过程中逐渐降解,缓慢释放出修复液,对产生的微裂纹完成填充和自我修复,防止因裂纹扩展引起强度下降。该技术大大减少传统碎石使用量,减少碎石开挖及运输成本,降低工程造价,特别对于能够就地取材的农村路建造具有十分重要的意义。 This project is the result of independent research and development of flexible and high-strength roadbed reinforcement materials by Jiangsu Road Industry New Materials Co.,Ltd.In solid waste(focus on waste soil),a flexible polymer curing agent is added to replace traditional lime and cement to realize road base layout.On the premise of meeting the technical standards of the base layer,the mechanical strength and flexibility of the material are greatly increased,the damage resistance of the roadbed is improved,and the driving noise can be greatly reduced.Research has verified that polymer microtubule technology can realize the self-healing function of solidified soil.High-efficiency soil adhesive is introduced by in-situ preparation,sealed in polymer microtubules or microcapsules,and gradually degraded and slowly released for repair during service.Filling and self-repairing of the generated microcracks to prevent the decrease of strength due to crack propagation.This technology greatly reduces the use of traditional crushed stone,the cost of crushed stone excavation and transportation,and reduces the project cost,especially for energy conservation and emission reduction during the construction of agricultural roads and village roads that can be made from local materials.
