摘要 本项目借助“物联网+”技术将港口码头生产作业中所需的资源,包括船舶、货物、作业机械、人员、视频监控、计量、理货等资源要素通过GIS、差分定位、无线通信、视频监控、RFID、移动终端、智能传感器等“物联网+”技术集成于GIS平台,以便监控散杂货码头作业全过程,分析作业资源配置的合理性、生产环节衔接是否有序高效,根据实时情况进行科学调度和指挥,从而进一步提高生产效率,实现散杂货码头生产智能化管理。通过提高生产管控能力,不仅提高了生产效率和设备利用率,并且减少了无效作业和等待时间,进而提高生产效率,降低能耗。 This project uses the“Internet of Things+”technology to integrate the resources required in the production and operation of the port terminal,including ships,cargo,operation machinery,personnel,video surveillance,measurement,tally and other resource elements through GIS,differential positioning,wireless communication,video Internet of Things+technologies such as monitoring,RFID,mobile terminals,and smart sensors are integrated into the GIS platform to monitor the entire process of bulk cargo terminal operations,analyze the rationality of operation resource allocation,whether the connection between production links is orderly and efficient,and conduct scientific scheduling based on real-time conditions and command,so as to further improve production efficiency and realize intelligent management of bulk cargo terminal production.By improving production management and control capabilities,it not only improves production efficiency and equipment utilization,but also reduces ineffective operations and waiting time,thereby improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
