港口能耗在线监测及动态分析优化技术研究

摘要 该项目利用物联网、互联网技术以及系统优化理论,形成了港口作业机械能耗在线监测技术方法,构建了基于节能降耗角度的作业协调优化模型,实现了港口装卸运输设备能耗与运行状态的实时同步采集、能耗动态分析、能效考核以及生产运行优化,有利于精细化分析港口能源消耗状况,深入挖掘港口节能潜力,科学制定节能改造计划。可对企业现有岸桥、场桥、流动机械、辅助用能等设备进行能源在线监测和管理,实现能源消耗精准化考核管理。该技术可应用于全部年能源消耗量5000 tce以上的港口企业,预计可实现每年节能20万吨,减少二氧化碳排放约50万吨。 This project uses the Internet of Things,Internet technology and system optimization theory to form an online monitoring technology method for port operating machinery energy consumption,and build an operation coordination optimization model based on the perspective of energy saving and consumption reduction.Real-time synchronous collection,dynamic analysis of energy consumption,energy efficiency assessment and optimization of production and operation are conducive to refined analysis of port energy consumption,in-depth exploration of port energy-saving potential,and scientific formulation of energy-saving renovation plans.Online energy monitoring and management can be performed on the existing quay cranes,yard bridges,mobile machinery,auxiliary energy consumption and other equipment of the enterprise,and accurate assessment and management of energy consumption can be realized.The technology can be applied to all port enterprises with an annual energy consumption of more than 5000 tce,and is expected to save 200000 tons of energy and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 500000 tons per year.
