基于学习型城市的社区老年文化娱乐活动问题及对策

从社区老年人退休后的生活空间、公共娱乐设施、心态等入手,分析了社区老年人文化娱乐活动的基本情况,发现社区老年人文化娱乐活动宣传不到位、缺少有效的专业指导和活动场所严重不足等问题,提出了如下对策和建议:1.将社区内文化娱乐方面的退休教师、文化娱乐爱好者组织起来,整合社区文化娱乐教育资源;2.通过各种社区间的文化娱乐汇演,实现社区间资源共享;3.通过定期开展各种社区文化娱乐活动、开设"社区文化娱乐课程"、建立"文化娱乐实践基地"以及融合特色社区文化等方式,鼓励高校与社会团体积极参与社区文化娱乐教育活动。

Starting from the living space,public entertainment facilities and mentality of the community elderly,the basic situation of the cultural and recreational activities of the community elderly is analyzed.It is found that the cultural and recreational activities of the community elderly are not in place,lack of effective professional guidance and serious shortage of venues.The following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:(1)organize retired teachers and cultural entertainment enthusiasts in the community to integrate cultural and recreational resources in the community;(2)through cultural and entertainment performances among various communities to realize community resource sharing;(3)encourage universities and social groups to actively participate in the community cultural and recreationaleducation activities by regularly conducting various community cultural and recreational activities,opening"community culture and entertainment courses",establishing"cultural entertainment practice bases"and integrating characteristic community cultures.
