生计、权利和尊重:生活机会视域下的美丽乡村建设

Livelihood,Right and Respect: Construction of Beautiful Countryside under the perspective of Life Chances

以生活机会为理论视角,对美丽乡村建设路径进行整体性思考。乡村的本质是生活共同体,其核心是共同情感。美丽乡村建设要求建设乡村生活机会,包括生计、尊重和权利。而目前乡村建设实践中却呈现出生计发展未契合地方实际、仅关注"物的现代化"、忽视农民主体性和"人的现代化"培育等偏误。因此,在美丽乡村建设中,应该基于自然差异建设生计机会;推动还权赋能,坚持农民主体地位;构建村社共同体,对农村农民进行正面宣传,以提高农民社会地位。以此,方能将农村建设成一个安居乐业的美丽家园。

This paper takes life chances as theoretical perspective,to make an overall thinking of the road of beautiful countryside construction.Beautiful countryside construction requires construction of rural life chances,including livelihood,respect and right.However,at present,the practice of beautiful countryside construction has some biases,that is,neglecting the local livelihood difference in the development of livelihood,focusing on the modernization of material only,neglecting peasants’subjectivity and spirit construction.Therefore,in the process of beautiful countryside construction,it should reconstruct rural livelihood depended on the natural difference,respect peasants’right and motivate their subjectivity,construct the village community,and positively report the countryside and peasant,to promote peasant’s social status.By them,countryside can be constructed a happy home of peasant at last.
