深水大容量吸力筒导管架风机基础设计

摘要 为适应海上风电事业逐步向深远海、大容量机组发展的趋势,研发适用于更复杂海洋环境条件的风机基础势在必行。吸力筒导管架式基础因其施工方便、承载能力高、地层适用性广泛等优点,在海上风电基础设计中备受关注。以某大容量海上风机为研究对象,基于常用海工设计软件对结构进行一体化的整体受力特性研究;采用ANSYS软件对过渡段及筒体进行局部强度的计算分析。计算结果表明吸力筒导管架基础满足各项控制指标,具备良好的承载能力与稳定性。研究成果可为后续的深水远海固定式基础设计提供参考。 In order to adapt to the development trend of offshore wind power industry to far-reaching sea and large capacity units,it is imperative to develop fan bases suitable for more complex marine environmental conditions.Because of its advantages of convenient construction,high bearing capacity and wide ground applicability,suction tube foundation has attracted much attention in offshore wind power foundation design.A large capacity offshore fan is taken as the research object,and based on the common offshore design software,the integrated mechanical characteristics of the structure are studied.ANSYS software is used to calculate and analyze the local strength of the transition section and the cylinder.The calculation results show that the suction tube jacket foundation meets the control indexes,has good bearing capacity and stability.The research results can provide a certain reference for the subsequent design of deep-water offshore fixed foundation.
