坐底安装平台超压载与坐底稳性分析

摘要 目前国内坐底安装平台数量逐渐增多,在坐底时,时常出现过少的超压载量导致船舶稳性不足或过多的压载量导致入泥较深而影响起浮安全,为指导坐底作业的操作安全,结合船体的弹性理论和黏土的弹塑性理论,采用有限元方法,利用ABAQUS软件计算坐底后增加不同超压载时的入泥深度,同时通过施加风浪流载荷,计算分析不同超压载所产生的底部摩擦阻力,以间接验证对平台坐底稳性和安全的影响,结果表明,超压载量与船底入泥深度和摩擦阻力均成正比,有利于平台稳性,但不利于起浮安全。通过本文的分析,将为坐底式安装平台的安全施工作业提供有价值的参考,以数值化代替经验化,同时在本文研究基础上,后续可进一步研究有关克服吸附力起浮、防倾覆等相关内容。 At present,the number of domestic bottom-supported installation platforms is gradually increasing.When the bottom is seated,too little overload often leads to insufficient stability of the ship or too much overload leads to penetration depth and affects the safety of floating.In order to guide the operation safety of the bottom-supported operation,combined with the elastic theory of the hull and the elastic-plastic theory of the clay,the finite element method is used to calculate the penetration depth when different overload are added by using ABAQUS software.At the same time,by applying the wind,wave and current load,the bottom friction resistance generated by different overload is calculated and analyzed to indirectly verify the influence on the stability and safety of the platform.The results show that the overload is proportional to the penetration depth and the friction resistance,which is beneficial to the stability of the platform,but not conducive to the safety of the floating.It will provide valuable reference for the safe construction operation of the bottom-supported installation platform,and replace the experience with numericalization.At the same time,on the basis of the study,the follow-up can further study the related content of overcoming the adsorption force,anti-overturning and so on.
