摘要
为填补国内缺乏海上风机拆卸风险分析和管控措施的现状,以山东某海上风电场8.5 MW(风机参数:叶片长度112m、轮毂中心高度+130m)风机整机拆卸为实例,在满足起重风速小于10 m/s和涌浪高度小于0.6 m的海况下,起重设备工作半径为40 m时起重载荷大于401.5 t、起重高度高于+144 m的作业条件下,从风机整机拆卸作业的安全风险辨识和安全管控措施角度出发,分析出风机整机拆卸作业存在海缆保护、叶片拆卸、电缆下放、构件过驳重要风险,提出风险防控措施。为同类型风机维修、拆卸作业风险防控,提供借鉴。
In order to fill the current situation of lack of risk analysis and control measures for offshore wind turbine dismantling in China,it takes the complete dismantling of an 8.5 MW(fan parameters:blade length 112 m,hub center height+130 m)wind turbine in an offshore wind farm in shandong as an example.Under sea conditions where the lifting wind speed is less than 10 m/s and the surge height is less than 0.6 m,the lifting load is greater than 401.5 t and the lifting height is higher than+144 m when the working radius of the lifting equipment is 40 m,Starting from the perspective of safety risk identification and safety control measures for the dismantling of wind turbines,the important risks of submarine cable protection is analyzed,blade dismantling,cable lowering,and component over connection in the dismantling of wind turbines,and proposes risk prevention and control measures.To provide reference for risk prevention and control in maintenance and dismantling operations of similar wind turbines.
