海上风电变径钢管桩送桩器开裂机理与解决方案

摘要 为彻底解决海上风电沉桩过程中送桩器开裂的问题,通过分析可能造成送桩器开裂的各种因素,确定送桩器在摇晃沉桩过程受剪力的关键因素,并据此制定了解决方案。结果表明,通过控制送桩器桩身和定位架导向筒、送桩器插尖和钢管桩的间隙可减少送桩器在施工过程中的晃动,降低开裂几率。为海上风电送桩器制作提供参考,也为变径钢管桩沉桩中送桩器产生开裂后提供解决方案。 In order to completely solve the problem of pile feeder cracking in the process of pile driving in offshore wind power,Analyzing various factors that may cause the pile feeder cracking,the key factors of the shear force in the process of pile driving are determined,and the solution is worked out.The results show that the sloshing of pile feeder and the rate of cracking can be reduced by controlling the clearance between pile body of pile feeder and guide cylinder of locating frame,the tip of pile feeder and steel pipe pile also to.It provides a reference for the manufacture of offshore wind power pile feeder,and also provides a solution for cracking of pile feeder in variable diameter steel pipe of pile driving process.
