摘要
为实现液化天然气(LNG)等清洁能源加注紧急切断(ESD)信号通信,文章在对国外船岸连接系统进行充分分析的基础上,提出了船岸与船船一体的复合通讯系统设计方案,满足LNG码头与LNG运输船、LNG加注船,LNG加注船与LNG动力船间的ESD信号通信。其中,船岸连接部分可兼容进口船岸连接系统;船船连接系统是基于国内实际情况制定的企业规范。
In order to realize emergency shut down(ESD)signal communication of liquefied natural gas(LNG)and other clean energy,it puts forward the design of a composite communication system of ship-shore and ship-ship integration on the basis of full analysis of foreign ship-shore link systems,which can meet the ESD signal communication between LNG terminal and LNG carrier,LNG refueling ship,LNG refueling ship and LNG power ship.Among them,the ship-shore connection part can be compatible with imported ship-shore connection system;Ship-to-ship connection system is an enterprise standard based on the actual situation in China.
