基于双燃料原动机的天然气分布式能源方案设计

摘要 常规天然气分布式能源多选用以天然气为单燃料的陆用燃气轮机或燃气内燃机为原动机,常规应急电站多选用以柴油为单燃料的内燃机作为原动机。选取双燃料发动机为原动机,以天然气为能源开展相应的天然气分布式能源系统方案设计,从用户端各类能源的用能需求分析入手,以发电量最大化为原则,选取合适的余热转换技术,实现为客户提供最优化的供电、供冷和供热方案,能源综合利用率达到70%以上。验证了双燃料发动机作为天然气分布式能源的原动机,可以兼顾柴油机应急电站和天然气分布式能源的综合功能,为一种比较高效的能源利用方案,可以为后续实际工程应用提供指导。 Conventional natural gas distributed energy often uses gas turbines or gas internal-combustion engines that use natural gas as a single fuel as the prime motor,while conventional emergency power stations often use internal-combustion engines that use diesel as a single fuel as the prime motor.a dual fuel engine as the prime motor and uses natural gas to carry out a natural gas distributed energy system design is selected.Firstly,the energy demand of various energy sources on the user side is analyzed,next,based on the principle of maximizing power generation,appropriate heat conversion technology is selected to provide customers with optimal power,cooling,and heating solutions with the principle of maximizing power generation,suitable waste heat conversion technology is selected to provide customers with the optimal power supply,cooling,and heating energy.The comprehensive energy utilization rate of the design can reach over 70%,it is verified that the dual fuel engine,as the prime motor of natural gas distributed energy can balance the comprehensive functions of diesel emergency power stations and natural gas distributed energy,and it is a relatively efficient energy utilization scheme that can provide guidance for subsequent practical engineering applications.
