船舶设计任务精细化管理模式应用与展望

摘要 为了提升复杂船舶项目设计效能,提升任务管理精细化与数字化水平,基于数字化设计理念与精细管理模式,提出了标准任务管理与非标准任务管理2类模式,建立了船舶设计数字任务包管理与工时管理方法体系,研发了船舶设计数字任务包管理系统对设计任务进行数字化管理,实现设计工时数据的积累与分析。结果表明,数字任务包管理与工时管理方法可以有效的提高船舶产品的任务管理能力,解决船舶企业各类项目任务管理离散化、进度统计及时性差、数据利用率低等问题。研究成果可为复杂船舶项目设计任务及工时管理提供一定参考。 In order to improve the design efficiency of complex ship projects and improve the refinement and digitization level of task management,Based on the concept of digital design and fine management mode,two modes of standard task management and non-standard task management were proposed.The method system of ship design digital task package management and man-hour management was established.The ship design digital task package management system was developed to digitally manage the design tasks and realize the accumulation and analysis of design man-hour data.The results show that the digital task package management and man-hour management method can effectively improve the task management ability of ship products,and solve the problems of discretization of task management,poor timeliness of progress statistics and low data utilization rate of various projects in ship enterprises.The research results can provide some reference for the design tasks and man-hour management of complex ship projects.
