摘要
为研究海上风电场风机塔筒的振动特性及被测结构的运行状态,以江苏某海上风电场一台样机作为研究对象,通过在塔筒上安装的4支振动加速度计获得振动实测数据。综合分析了风机塔筒的典型振动加速度、振动速度、振动位移和振动频率的波形和模态,结果表明风机塔筒运行正常,风机塔筒振动能量主要集中在前2阶固有频率处。监测数据分析结果验证了风机塔筒设计的合理性,并为风机结构的安全评估提供了数据支撑和分析方法。
In order to study the vibration characteristics of offshore wind turbine towers and the operating status of the tested structure,it takes a prototype of an offshore wind farm in Jiangsu as the research object,and obtains vibration measurement data through four vibration accelerometers installed on the tower.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the waveforms and modes of typical vibration acceleration,vibration velocity,vibration displacement,and vibration frequency of the wind turbine tower.The results showed that the wind turbine tower was operating normally,and the vibration energy of the wind turbine tower was mainly concentrated at the first two natural frequencies.The monitoring data analysis results have verified the rationality of the design of the wind turbine tower and provided data support and analysis methods for the safety assessment of the wind turbine structure.
