摘要 为了满足大型船舶靠港后的供电需求,对船用交流中压岸电装置开展研究。提出了船用交流中压岸电装置系统方案,开展了安全保护设计技术、电弧故障保护设计技术、等电位接地的监测设计技术和人机交互的通讯设计技术分析研究,实现了大型船舶靠港时的快速连接,离港时的可靠分离,在操作和使用中为设备和人员提供各种保护。通过样机试验,验证了中压岸电装置能承受较强的短路电流要求,为船舶中压岸电装置设计提供了依据,也为同类型船舶中压配电装置提供了一种可行设计思路。 In order to meet the power supply demand of large ships after docking,the research of marine AC medium-voltage shore power equipment is focused.the system scheme of marine AC medium-voltage shore power device is put forwarded,and carries out the analysis and research on safety protection design technology,arc fault protection design technology,equipotential grounding monitoring design technology and man-machine interaction communication design technology,which realizes the rapid connection of large ships when they approach the port and the reliable separation when they leave the port,and provides various protections for equipment and personnel in operation and use.Through the prototype test,it is verified that the medium-voltage shore power equipment can withstand strong short-circuit current requirements,which provides a basis for the design of medium-voltage shore power equipment in ships and a feasible design idea for the same type of medium-voltage power distribution equipment in ships.
