摘要
作为综合科考船重要功能模块的温控实验室,对于环境控制有特殊要求,包括一定范围内的温度和湿度控制,以满足不同类型实验的需求。通过分析多型综合科考船的温控实验室的温湿度设计要求,总结温控实验室的环境控制重点和设计原则,并结合国内综合科考船温控实验室的设计实例,从机组配置、风管系统布置、保温绝缘和温湿度控制等方面进行研究,对不同环控系统设计方案的效果进行评估。采用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟方法对温控实验室内最不利工况下的气流组织进行仿真,获得较优的送风量,进一步增强环控系统设计的有效性。
As an important functional module of the multidisciplinary research vessel,the temperature control laboratory has special requirements for environmental control,including the control of temperature and humidity within a certain range,to meet the needs of different types of experiments.By analyzing the design requirements of the temperature control laboratory,the design example of the laboratory is studied,from the aspects of unit configuration,air duct system arrangement,thermal insulation and temperature&humidity control,adopted computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation method and proposed the optimization design method of environment control system.
