摘要
为研究分析某活性炭毛毡材料对船舶舱底乳化液的吸附性能,综合运用模型分析和试验验证的方法,得到活性炭毛毡吸附乳化液的理论最大吸附量为237 mg/g,且验证其静态吸附过程符合Langmuir模型,动态吸附过程符合Thomas模型。在国际海事组织(IMO)型式试验条件下,该活性炭毛毡滤芯连续使用13 h以上,可有效保证出水含油量低于5 ppm。研究结果可为船舶舱底油污水处理装置中毛毡吸附滤芯的设计和应用提供理论和试验基础。
In order to study and analyze the adsorption performance of a certain activated carbon felt material for ship bilge emulsion,the model analysis and experimental verification methods to obtain the theoretical maximum adsorption capacity of activated carbon felt for adsorbing emulsion to 237 mg/g is comprehensively used,and verified its static adsorption.The process conforms to the Langmuir model,and the dynamic adsorption process conforms to the Thomas model.Under international maritime organization(IMO)type test conditions,this activated carbon felt filter element can be used continuously for more than 13 hours,which can effectively ensure that the oil content of the effluent is less than 5 ppm.The research results can provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the design and application of felt adsorption filter elements in ship bilge oil sewage treatment devices.
