摘要
为探究高强度螺栓在压力容器、航空航天和核电等关键工程领域中,面对高压、低温和辐射等恶劣环境时常出现失效的问题,分析其对生产和设备寿命带来的影响,并深入探讨失效原因,以提出有效的预防措施。通过对高强度螺栓在实际使用中出现的失效案例进行归纳总结,系统分析高强度螺栓失效的复杂原因,并在此基础上探索可能的预防策略。结果显示,高强度螺栓失效的原因多种多样,包括材料选择、设计误差、加工质量和安装操作等多个方面,针对以上诸多因素提出了一系列具体的预防措施。结合研究结果,提出的一系列对高强度螺栓设计、加工、安装过程的建设性建议的实施有望降低高强度螺栓的失效率,提高整体的工程安全,从而避免因失效带来的经济损失,并延长机械设备的运行寿命。
In order to explore the failure of high-strength bolts in engineering fields such as pressure vessels,aerospace,nuclear power,etc.,in the face of high pressure,low temperature,radiation and other harsh environments,analyze its impact on production and equipment life,and deeply explore the failure reasons,so as to put forward effective preventive measures.By summarizing the failure cases of high-strength bolts in practical use,the complex reasons of high-strength bolts failure are systematically analyzed,and possible preventive strategies are explored on this basis.The results show that there are many reasons for the failure of high-strength bolts,including material selection,design error,processing quality,installation operation and so on,and a series of specific preventive measures are put forward for many factors.Combined with the research results,it put forward a series of constructive suggestions on the design,processing and installation of high-strength bolts.The implementation of these preventive measures is expected to reduce the failure rate of high-strength bolts and improve the overall engineering safety,thus avoiding economic losses caused by failure and prolonging the operating life of mechanical equipment.
