ROV在海上风电水下检测的应用

Application of Remote-Operated Vehicle in Underwater Inspection for Offshore Wind Farms

摘要 近年来,我国海上风电快速发展。风电机组和海上升压站的桩基础、海缆等水下资产对海上风电场的安全稳定运行至关重要,一旦出现问题将会导致严重的发电损失,甚至可能影响安全。缆控水下机器人(ROV)在海洋石油工程具有广泛的应用,也逐步开始在海上风电的水下检测中应用。文章针对海上风电水下桩基础、海缆等水下资产在生产运维过程中的典型问题、检测需求和ROV目前应用的检测技术和检测设备进行了分析、总结,对目前应用中存在的问题和未来发展进行讨论,为ROV在海上风电场水下检测中的应用提供参考。 In recent years,China's offshore wind power has developed rapidly.The underwater assets such as pile foundation of wind turbines and offshore substation,submarine cables are crucial to the safe and stable operation of offshore wind farms.The damage and malfunction of underwater assets will cause serious power loss,and may even affect the safety.Remote-Operated vehicle(ROV)has been widely used in offshore oil engineering and has gradually begun to be applied in underwater detection of offshore wind farms.the typical issues in operation and maintenance is analyzed and summarized,detection requirements of the underwater assets such as offshore underwater pile foundation and submarine cables in offshore wind farms,and detection technologies and equipment currently used by ROV,and also discusses the problems existing in the current application and future development,providing reference for the application of ROV in the underwater detection of offshore wind farms.
