随着我国海上风电项目建设取得的显著成就,项目风险控制和安全管理备受关注。事实上,海上风电项目的工作风险水平较高,在自然条件风险、施工质量风险、作业安全风险等方面都存在风险点。因此,风电项目施工和运维管理人员必须针对每个风险点制定有效的控制措施,加强风险识别和防控能力,以确保广大项目施工、运维人员的生命安全,科学推进海上风电项目的发展。

With the remarkable achievements in the construction of offshore wind power projects in China,project risk control and safety management have attracted much attention.In fact,the construction risk level of offshore wind power projects is high,and there are risk points in natural condition risk,construction quality risk,operation safety risk and other aspects.Therefore,the construction management personnel of wind power projects must formulate effective control measures for each risk point,strengthen risk identification and prevention and control capabilities,to ensure the life safety of the majority of project construction personnel,and scientifically promote the construction process of offshore wind power projects.
