海上风电机组风速仪异常智能诊断算法及应用

摘要 风速仪作为海上风电机组唯一测风装置,是机组启、停控制重要输入,因此风速仪的工作状态对海上机组整体控制尤为重要。部分海上机组安装机械式风速仪,该风速仪为旋转传感器,机组测量叶轮转速一般用光电传感器,一般而言光电传感器运行可靠性要比旋转类传感器可靠性高,文章通过挖掘叶轮转速和风速之间的函数关系,建立通过叶轮转速识别风速仪是否异常的预警算法。 As the only wind measuring device of offshore wind turbines,anemometer is an important input for the start-stop control of the unit,so the working state of the anemometer is particularly important for the overall control of offshore units.Offshore wind turbines are installed with rotary mechanical anemometer while the impeller speed is generally measured with photoelectric sensor.Generally speaking,photoelectric sensor has higher reliability than rotary sensor.A function relationship between impeller speed and wind speed are established an early warning algorithm to identify the abnormal anemometer through impeller speed.
