杭州湾海域海上风电项目建设重难点分析

Analysis of the Key and Difficult Points in the Construction of Offshore Wind Power Projects in Hangzhou Bay

为提高海上风电建设管理水平,打造优质海上风电项目,文章基于杭州湾海域某海上风电项目建设实践,结合杭州湾海域自然环境特点,以建设方的角度,从安全、质量、进度、造价等方面总结分析海上风电项目建设重难点,同时总结了项目建设的管理经验。经实践总结得出,海上风电项目建设要做好设计管理协调、隐蔽工程管理、施工船机锁定、设备供货、提升海上作业效率等方面工作,推动项目高质量建设。

In order to improve the management level of offshore wind power construction and build high-quality offshore wind power projects,The key and difficult points of offshore wind power project construction from the aspects of safety is summarized and analyzed,quality,progress and cost from the perspective of the construction party,based on the construction practice of an offshore wind power project in the sea area of Hangzhou Bay,combined with the characteristics of the natural environment of Hangzhou Bay,and summarizes the management experience of project construction.After practical summary,the construction of offshore wind power projects should do a good job in design management coordination,concealed engineering management,construction ship locking,equipment supply,and improving the efficiency of offshore operations,so as to promote the high-quality construction of projects.
