摘要
随着我国对风力发电的大力支持,风电发展的重心已经由陆上项目逐步向海上项目倾斜,海上风电机组尤其是关键部位紧固件面临着高盐、高湿以及干湿交替的腐蚀环境,紧固件高可靠性的防腐技术发展迫在眉睫。介绍了目前海上风电机组紧固件地腐蚀机理,以及应用较为成熟的4种防腐技术,揭示了防腐涂层的防腐机理,最后,对激光熔覆技术与复层包覆技术在海上风电机组紧固件的应用进行了展望,以供本领域相关人员参考。
With the strong support for wind power generation in China,the focus of wind power development has been gradually tilted from onshore projects to offshore projects.The fasteners of offshore wind power units,especially the key parts,are faced with high salt,high humidity and alternating dry and wet corrosion environment,and the development of high reliability anti-corrosion technology of fasteners is imminent.The corrosion mechanism of fasteners for offshore wind turbines and four kinds of corrosion protection technologies which were mature in application is introduced,and reveals the corrosion protection mechanism of anticorrosive coating.Finally,the prospect of the application of laser cladding technology and cladding technology in fasteners for offshore wind turbines is presented,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel in this field.
