摘要
海上风力发电机工作环境复杂恶劣,故障频发。文章基于漏磁检测的发电机短路故障识别技术,利用从采集的漏磁信号中提取的故障特征可有效识别发电机正常及故障状态。使用ANSYS有限元仿真软件建立双馈风力发电机模型,分析了发电机在绕组匝间短路故障情况下的内部磁场变化情况以及外部漏磁的情况,发现外部漏磁通会随着短路匝数的增加而变大。
The working environment of offshore wind turbine is complex and harsh,and the failure occurs frequently.The identification technology of generator short circuit fault based on magnetic leakage detection is studied.The normal and fault states of generator can be effectively identified by the fault features extracted from the collected magnetic leakage signals.The ANSYS finite element simulation software is used to establish a doubler fed wind generator model,and the internal magnetic field changes and external magnetic leakage of the generator under the condition of short-circuit fault between winding turns are analyzed.It is found that the external magnetic leakage flux will increase with the increase of short-circuit turns.
