射流管式伺服阀关键参数对产品抗污染能力提升

摘要 为了研究射流管伺服阀关键结构参数对伺服阀抗污染能力的影响,建立伺服阀整阀剪切力数值模型,并利用AMESim仿真软件对整阀剪切力进行仿真分析,验证了数值模型的准确性。运用数值手段分析关键参数力矩马达安匝数、弹簧管刚度以及阀芯直径对伺服阀恢复压差及抗污染能力的影响,获得了关键参数最佳匹配的数值;试验验证了伺服阀在不同关键结构参数下,对伺服阀恢复压差及抗污染能力的影响,为射流管伺服阀结构设计、提升伺服阀抗污染能力提供了理论依据。 In order to study the influence of the key structural parameters of jet pipe servo valve on the anti-pollution ability of the servo valve,a numerical model of the shear force of the servo valve is established,and the simulation analysis of the whole valve shear force was carried out using AMESim simulation software,which verified the accuracy of the numerical model.The influence of the key parameters,such as the ampere turns of the torque motor,the stiffness of the spring tube and the diameter of the valve core,on the recovery pressure difference and the anti pollution ability of the servo valve is analyzed by numerical means,and the optimal matching values of the key parameters are obtained;The test verifies the influence of the servo valve on the recovery pressure difference and anti pollution ability of the servo valve under different key structural parameters,providing a theoretical basis for the structural design of the jet pipe servo valve and improving the anti pollution ability of the servo valve.
