摘要
以具备动力定位系统的80000 t半潜船为研究对象,在试验前通过软件进行下潜过程中稳性和动力定位能力的计算,作为下潜试验的理论支撑;根据理论计算结果和船舶的设计制定严格的下潜程序并在试验阶段统计船舶的浮态和推进器的工作情况。研究结果表明:通过充分的理论计算以及严格的下潜程序把控,半潜船成功的完成了全过程动力定位下潜,并获得了船舶动力定位下潜过程中浮态和推进器利用率的信息,可以为其它半潜船进行动力定位下潜提供一定的借鉴意义。
Take 80000 t semi-submersible vessel equipped with dynamic position system as the research object,at first,software simulation for the theoretical calculation of the stability and dynamic position capabilities should be adopt to provide theoretical support to vessel dive test.Secondly the vessel diving procedure should be strictly discussed and established according to the results of theoretical calculation.Finally at the testing process,the float state of vessel and working status of propellers should be observed and recorded.The research results indicate that,by strictly control in theoretical calculation and dive procedure,the semi-submersible vessel can dive successfully at dynamic position.condition during the whole process,and also obtain the information of the vessel float state and the utilization rate of propellers,which can be used as an valuable reference for other semi-submersible vessels for diving work at dynamic position condition.
