摘要
空气润滑减阻技术可以有效降低船舶阻力,提升船舶的设计能效指数。该技术在国内船舶建造领域已有实际应用。如何将空气润滑减阻系统应用船舶上,需要考虑该系统与船舶现有布置、系统之间的兼容性、安全性、公约规范的合规性。通过对空气润滑减阻系统的分析,识别出相应的风险点,并提供合理的解决方式,避免了设计方案不合规而造成的后续设计修改。
Air lubrication drag reduction technology can effectively reduce ship resistance and improve the design energy efficiency index of ships.The technology has been applied in the shipbuilding field.How to apply the air lubrication drag reduction system to the ship needs to consider the compatibility between the system and the existing arrangement of the ship,the compatibility between the system,the safety,and the compliance of the convention.Through the analysis of the air lubrication drag reduction system,the corresponding risks are identified and reasonable solutions are provided to avoid subsequent design modifications caused by the non-conformity of the design.
