船厂预处理车间真空吸尘系统数值模拟及优化 被引量:1

摘要 以某船厂预处理车间抛丸室真空吸尘管路系统为研究对象,根据预处理车间的实际作业状况,确立真空吸尘系统流体域的初始计算条件。使用马尔文3000激光粒度测试仪对现场取样的粉尘样本进行粒径测量并对粒径分布数据进行非线性拟合,得到符合抛丸室粉尘颗粒粒径分布的Rosin-Rammler函数分布曲线。通过数值模拟方法得到真空吸尘系统速度场及压力场情况,根据云图及监测点数据对该吸尘系统管路进行结构改进。仿真结果表明:改进后的管路结构在降低压损以及提高吸尘及降尘效率等方面优于改进前结构。 Taking the vacuum cleaning pipeline system in the shot blasting room of shipyard pretreatment line as a prototype,according to the actual operation conditions of the pretreatment line,the initial calculation conditions of the fluid domain of the vacuum cleaning system are established.The Malvern 3000 laser particle size tester is used to measure the particle size of the dust samples sampled on site,and the nonlinear fitting of the particle size distribution data is performed,the Rosin-Rammler function distribution curve that conforms to the particle size distribution of the dust particles in the shot blasting room is obtained.The velocity field and pressure field of the vacuum cleaning system are obtained by numerical simulation,and the structure of the vacuum cleaning system pipeline is improved according to the cloud map and monitoring point data.The simulation results show that the improved pipeline structure can reduce the pressure loss and improve the dust collection and dust reduction efficiency.
