摘要
介绍了船舶机电设备及其可靠性技术发展现状,阐述了船舶在不同环境下其机电设备在可靠性研究方面的重要性。叙述了可靠性试验技术研究现状,包括环境应力筛选、可靠性增长和可靠性鉴定试验等,表明其可靠性试验技术虽然得到了长足的发展,但针对当前船舶机电设备环境可靠性试验技术依然有不足之处。最后介绍了当前可靠性评估技术研究现状,包括基于概率统计、故障物理、性能退化等,并着重论述基于多源信息融合的可靠性评估技术,由于评估方式方法大量存在于航空航天、军民用等电子类产品,并且评估技术成熟有效,但针对船舶机电设备这类小样本、无失效数据以及复杂环境条件下的可靠性指标快速评估方法还有所欠缺。结尾通过梳理、比对,以船舶离心泵为对象,提出适用于船舶机电设备可靠性试验与评估的案例,为后续建立起多源试验数据的统一与融合准则,实现船舶机电设备可靠性指标的快速评估提供参考。
The current development status of ship electromechanical equipment and its reliability technology is introduced,and elaborates on the importance of ship electromechanical equipment in reliability research under different environments.The current research situation of reliability test technology is described,including Environmental stress screening,reliability growth,reliability appraisal test,etc.It shows that although its reliability test technology has been greatly developed,the current environmental reliability test technology for marine electromechanical equipment still has shortcomings.Finally,the current research status of reliability evaluation technology is introduced,including probability statistics,fault physics,performance degradation,etc.,with a focus on reliability evaluation technology based on multi-source information fusion.Due to the large number of evaluation methods and methods existing in electronic sub products such as aerospace,military and civilian use,and the mature and effective evaluation technology,but for small samples such as ship electromechanical equipment There is still a lack of rapid evaluation methods for reliability indicators under complex environmental conditions with no failure data.At the end,by sorting and comparing,a case study suitable for reliability testing and evaluation of ship electromechanical equipment is proposed,taking ship centrifugal pumps as the object.It provides reference for establishing a unified and integrated criterion for multi-source test data of ship electromechanical equipment in the future,and achieving rapid evaluation of reliability indicators of ship electromechanical equipment.
