绞吸式挖泥船砂岩陆面切削离散元数值模拟

摘要 针对新型绞刀开发周期长和现场试验危险性高等问题,基于拉格朗日离散元法建立中等硬度岩石砂岩的岩石粘结模型,通过虚拟单轴压缩试验和巴西劈裂试验标定其强度参数,并对虚拟岩石样本进行动态切削数值模拟。结果表明:切削力随横移速度和切削深度的增大而增大,随绞刀转速的增大而减小,切削角度对切削力的影响不大;切削比能随横移速度和切削深度的增大而减小,随绞刀转速的增大而增大,切削角度对切削比能的影响不大。研究结果可为新型绞刀设计开发以及疏浚作业的安全性提升提供理论依据。 To address the problems of long development period and high risk of field experiments,a rock bonding model of medium hardness rock sandstone is established based on Lagrangian discrete element method,its strength parameters are calibrated by virtual uniaxial compression experiments and Brazilian splitting experiments,and dynamic cutting numerical simulations are performed on the virtual rock samples.The results show that the cutting force increases with the increase of traverse speed and depth of cut,and decreases with the increase of reamer speed,and the cutting angle has little effect on the cutting force;The cutting ratio energy decreases with the increase of traverse speed and depth of cut,and increases with the increase of reamer speed,and the cutting angle has little effect on the cutting ratio energy.The results of the study can provide theoretical basis for the design and development of new type of reamer,as well as to enhance the safety of dredging operations.
