船用柴油机高压SCR系统强度及变约束分析

摘要 选择性催化还原(SCR)系统在工作时会承受重力、内压、高温负荷和腐蚀性气体的作用,这些因素直接影响系统的安全可靠运转,有必要采用合理的方式对其进行强度校核。以某型柴油机高压SCR系统为例,对其强度进行仿真分析,结果表明:管道两端法兰的轴向位移均高于径向位移,计算点距离固定支撑点越远,轴向位移越大;柴油机高压SCR系统经应力线性化处理,在垂直和倾斜工况下的应力强度整体低于3倍许用应力S_(m);不同约束方式下反应器支撑的应力强度差别较大,底面约束状态下的应力强度整体大于侧面约束状态。 The SCR system is subjected to gravity,internal pressure,high temperature load and corrosive gas during operation,which directly affects the safe and reliable operation of the system.Therefore,it is increasingly important to check the strength of the SCR system in a reasonable way.The strength analysis of the high pressure SCR system of diesel engine is carried out.The results show that the axial displacement of the flanges at both ends of the pipeline is greater than the radial displacement.The farther the calculation point is from the fixed support point,the greater the axial displacement is.The high pressure SCR system of diesel engine is linearized by stress,and the stress intensity is lower than 3S_(m)under vertical and inclined conditions.The stress intensity of the reactor support under different constraint conditions is quite different,and the stress intensity of the bottom constraint condition is larger than that of the side constraint condition.
